Well first you should start by having your hair professionally trimmed, you just need your damaged ends trimmed off then your hair will grow and also try to wash and condition your hair weekly!! When you apply the conditioner let it sit on your hair for about 20-30 min. while you sit under a hair dyer, prior to dryer place a your hair in a platis hair cap!!

There are several products that will assist with hair growth. I prefer the Dr. Miracle line; they'll leave the scalp with a tingling sensation. You may also want to consider the Do Gro line. I've used both lines in the past and have had success. Make sure that you use a treatment after every wash. Frequent treatments promote healthy hair thus allowing faster growth.

Key Work: PROTECTION You need to protect your hair hair. Buy conditioner, I would recommend the 3 minute (miracle) by aussie, then use heat protector before putting any source of heat on your hair. Cut it often.. half and each every month to every two months, in order to progressively get rid of all the dad ends that sucks all the vitamins from your body and steals it away from your cells that need it to produce hair (and so make it grow)..

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aLV0P Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

My daughter had the same problem. first the ends were trimmed by the salon. Then I used this product by motions called anti-breakage hair lotion Critical protection and repair. It's about $5.00 a bottle. I still cannot believe the way it repaired my daughter hair. It's so thick and healthy. also, get a good conditioner.

1. Take real good care of your hair.
2. Trim your hair every time you get split ends. Even if it's just enough to get rid of the split ends :)
3. Let it grow and make sure to not damage it again. :)

keep your ends clipped and use special shampoo for damaged hair (I recommend Pantene) and try not to fuss with it too much- the best thing would be to get cornrows or keep your hair braided w/o extentions preferrably.
