How we see ourselves, as people or as bodies, can get messed up. It's a disease, just like any other imbalance. It's not about goodness or badness. It's just like sewing and how our stitches and get sloppy. You just fix it. Hating yourself is a symptom of that health imbalance. Don't wallow in it. If you crapped your pants, you'd clean it up to protect your skin from breakdown and from spreading disease. You may find that chore disgusting and you may be upset that you can't be doing what everyone is doing because you're held up cleaning yourself. But, you would do it because it was necessary. Well, clean up this mess and be healthier. It's the wise and practical thing to do. You're not helpless or stupid. You are in control of your own destiny. Learn about healthy eating and exercise. Discuss health goals with a physician, female, preferrably. Set your goals and then go after them. Grow, be healthy, be happy. I write for dying kids. How could you ever chose to be miserable when you are ALIVE?

You have a fast metabolism. What you can do is go to a gym, exercise and do a diet (the gym could give you the training and tell you what to eat). I'm not sure if that'll work, but I know that people who exercise gain weight.
Ps. 14 and 54kg? I was that for a good while (I'm like 56kg now). That's okay, don't worry. People are worried about you (but you're just fine, sometimes people like to say things just for saying it).

The best way to get over mental weight issues is to think about what your body can do. Do you do sports? Run? Take long walks? Start appreciating the capabilities of your body and realize that men don't like really emaciated girls. It's hard to think positively about your body with media messages, but that worked for me (most of the time).
