Kahlua is a liqueur with about 20% abv ... 40 proof.
Hard Liquor is generally 80 proof and above (40% abv)!
Thus no ... Kahlua IS NOT hard liquor!
Kahlua Especial is 70 proof ... which is very strong ... but would still be considered a mixer and not a hard liquor.

I would consider any alcoholic beverage with a higher proof than wine to be a hard drink. Kahlua qualifies.

No I don't consider it as a hard drink, because of the proof and many of my friends who aren't real drinkers drink it and they are always fine!!

demanding ingesting is ingesting liquor in any of following strategies: a million.more advantageous than 2 glasses of wine consistent with day 2.a million glass or extra of whisky consistent with day 3.more advantageous than 2 bottles of beer in many cases what drinkers in united states do is ,they take pink wine or white wine a million glass with dinner, and take whisky throughout weekend or any important party.. If in exaggerated way as above that is considered demanding ingesting.
