I read somewhere that you're not supposed to--but when I got mine pierced (almost 8 years ago) I was told to rotate it in the shower as I cleaned it with Dial (antibacterial) soap and some other medicine. I never had a problem with it--the only two times it was infected was when I wore pants that were too tight and rubbed up against the piercing.

Only when you're cleaning it. If you do it during the course of the day, the bacteria from your hands will get pushed and trapped in the piercing.

Uhm yeah your supposed to, it prevents it from healing over.
wash ur hands first

yah, it may hurt a little but it will help stop it from growing back together around the peircing

yeah i got mine dun 18wks ago. just move it when you clean it b/c crusty stuff gets in there and messes it up b/c i played with mine alot and it still isnt healed.
