It is not the language what makes it romantic. It is the words you use and the tone of your voice, plus the enviroment and situation.
for example if I say: You are my Angel of kidness and the most treasured gift God ever gave me.
How did that sound to you?

It's not the language which is romantic. It is the way you speak and with what feeling you are speaking. No matter what language you speak love depends upon the feelings.

The most romantic language in the world is the language that you and your beloved communicate together in. It could be any language, therefore, and what is important is that the language conveys how you truly feel about your beloved and how your beloved truly feels about you. Heck, even Sign Language is the most romantic to deaf people who communicating their love for each other.
We tend to feel the most romantic language is the one (or more) we are most familiar with. BUT: if your beloved doesn't know your language, and if you take the effort to learn your beloved's language, then you are both communicating your love for each other in that language, and it becomes the most romantic language because it is conveying your mutual love for each other. I think this is true from experience.

I think Italian is the most romantic-sounding language, because it's spoken with such passion and emphasis. I wish I spoke it! But I can only count to twenty. :(

When I was younger, I thought French-- and yes, I studied it for a few years so I can speak it.
Now, I love the Australian accent (I'm American)!! I can just sit and listen to it all day... *sigh*
