Do you think that the driving age should be raised to 18 years old?

hell yes! i'm 28 and got my license when i was 16 in NY. i think that the entire licensing system needs to be changed. the age should definately be moved up and more restrictions on types of cars you can drive. i was 16 and had a GTA Trans Am, it's amazing i lived and never ended up killing someone while driving. i was to young for such a car and not mature enough to have a license yet.

No, I think the graduated license is the best option, particularly where they require the learner to have had the permit for a set period of time and to have logged a certain number of practice hours before being able to apply for a license. Then restricting the most dangerous types of driving--at night and with passengers--until they have more experience.
