Normally if it is too good to be true, then it usually is a scam. Be careful.

Get a real high paying job. There is no magic here. Divide the amount you owe on your mortgage by 18. Add the interest you would pay over that time frame. Now make enough money to make those payments over an 18 month time frame. Add in enough for living expenses. That's how you do it.

I'd say it is a scam or illegal. The high ranked dope growers pay for a house in less time than that but... like i said...its illegal
