My daughter is almost 11, 85 pounds and 4 foot 11?

Question

is she big? Small? Tell me, how tall and weight were you when you were 11. [she is 10 but will be 11 on february 8th] Is she underweight? I'm very concernd. Is she too tall? give me EXACT details on how big or small she is.

For her age of 10 years, her weight is in the 75th percentile. That's not too heavy, not too thin. Normal range. Her height is close to 90%. She's just right.

Just so you know, my brothers six year old son weighs 40 pounds and is short, thin, perfectly healthy. My 3 year old weighs 36 pounds and is very tall, thin, perfectly healthy. They are almost the same size! I'm just over 5 feet tall, my husband is well over 6 feet tall. People come in all shapes and sizes, my dear.

For peace of mind, you should take her in for a check up and let the pediatrician look at her.

Don't stress. When I was 11, I was 4' 11" too. I have always been underweight all my life but I think as long as she looks acts and feels healthy that is a great size and weight to be.

she's fine......................i was 95 pounds and 4 foot 10 when i was 11 but i was and always have been a little shorter then most of the kids my age. she's not underweight I'm 13 now and some of the kids in my grade are still 60-90 pounds so she is probably around the average height and weight of an 11 year old.

I think she sounds very average :D Maybe a bit on the tall side, but doesn't sound overweight.

My 10 1/2 year old son is tall for his age. He's about 4-foot-10 and weighs 95 pounds. He's not skinny, but he's not fat either. He's got a good solid build.

My 8 year old is 78 lbs and 4'6" (she'll be 9 in June). She is tall for her age. Your daughter sounds like she's average. My 11 y/o niece is smaller than my daughter and no one has expressed concerned. She's just a small person.

i was 4 10' when i was 12, i am fine. She is defenitely not too tall. Maybe a little short but i was the shortest in my class for a very long time, it had its ups and downs. I also weighted 67...She is just petite.

Girls tend to stop growing earlier than boys, generally around 17 or 18. But this is not always the case, sometimes earlier sometimes later. You should just be happy with who you are! I started my period when I was13 and I am 19 now, I have grown since then. So don't give up hope!!!

my daughter will be 11 on feb 12 and she is 4 foot 8 and weighs 85 pounds. So I figure the are in a normal percentile of course mine is on the lower normal percentile for height and your is in the higher normal percentile for her height and there weight is just right inthe percentile. They are perfect!
