Just say this and let the holy spirit do the rest;
Dear God I know that i am a sinner, I believe that Jesus Christ your son , died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead to be my Lord,
God, I now repent all of my sins and personally invite you into my life. Thank You Jesus for giving me the free gift of eternal life. I promise to live for you as you reveal yourself to me through your word (The Bible). in Jesus name I pray
Amen

Neither of those. I would ask for God's will to be done, but I would tell God that because I don't know precisely what His will is, I would try to fight the disease through medicine. If the medicine failed to cure me, then it would be obvious to me that His will for me would be death, and I would accept it.

I would ask him for help, yes, I would. I would because I am too human but I also know that if it's God's will, then it will be.

I know I'm going to die. We're all going to die.
Whether or not we ask God for help, we're all still going to die.

Been there. Barely scraped by alive. Didn't ask any nonexistant god for help. Didn't see any god or evidence of any god. Try again.

Christians don't die, we have eternal life. To be absent from the body is to be present with the LORD.

We're all going to die eventually. I wouldn't ask why, I would simply ask for forgiveness.

There is no imaginary deity for me to defy. I will go to death peacefully. My only regret is that there is no after life for people like you to be shown wrong.
*shrug* Its your life; you can choose to live it yourself, or you can follow the guidance of a flock of gullible sheep.
