Does anyone have a diet plan,
or low calorie foods that they like?

I use these two diet sites daily. I have lost 60 pounds so far. They both have meal planners and lots of great features. At the first one, you can enter your own foods in and it will calculate calories, fiber, carbs, protein, whatever you choose for you.
