I have tried Conair and like it a lot. My hair is straight and hard to curl. I have not tried the other brand you are asking about.

Gold and hot. My hair requires a lot of heat to curl it. Conair did not do a thing for my hair.

It depends on your hair type I prefer conair beacause my hair is thin and thick so depending on the day i can use conair and others i have to use something else

Gold n Hot would be the better of the two because of the option of using ceramic which is better for the hair sealing the cuticle. although the best in my opinion is The Chi iron by Farouk.

depends on hair thickness and texture. some of my white sisters can use conair and they look good with that, but my black and asian sisters need gold n hot because they heat up to higher temps. if I used gold n hot at the temp I use, on my white friends, their hair would burn.
