Take a really hot shower and inhale the steam. I have used a product called "Shower Soothers" (or something like that) before with good results.

Vaporizers are good also, if you have one. I sometimes put 2-3 drops of eucalyptus oil in at night.

Drink lots of fluids and take vitamin C for your cold.

And if you don't improve soon or start getting a nasty yellow-greenish discharge-go see your dr to make sure that you don't have a sinus infection that needs anti-biotics.

Hope you feel better soon!

Oh boy!

I've had sinus problems since I can remember. I finally found a GOOD cure for my problems. When I take a shower before I go to bed, I stand under the shower and S"snuff", warm water up both sides of my nostrils until I can feel the water in my throat, then I blow my nose, both nostrils at the same time. Then "flush" your nostrils again until they are open. Do this every day. I do it every time I shower. During the winter months, it seems like I need to do it more often though. When you go to bed, drink about two tablespoons of the Original Nyquil. I guarantee you will feel like a new person, if it effects you like it does me.

GOOD LUCK!!
