Make sure you are using shaving gel and not soap, a lot of soaps can dry out your legs even more, I would use gillete for extra dry skin shaving gel, I think its Jasmine smell, then I would also get Olays in shower lotion that you put on while you are showering and it asorbs better than just normal lotion. Then after that try Olays Quench or Jergens 24 hour moisture when you are out of the shower, and if you are using perfumed soap for washing in the shower switch to something else like Olays Ribbons soap or Caress with Shea butter in it.

When I shave my legs, I use lotion as a lubricant. That way I don't get that dry skin look. Also check out the website www.pioneerthinking.com . They've got many resources available for skin.

Try a bath soak with natural oil's. after the soak apply another moisturizer or lotion to your dry legs.
Tip: when you shave, use baby oil or lotion instead of a foam as a shaving base. I love the oatmeal bath products. they are natural & have many benefits.

First off.. water, water, water. Drink lots of water! And you may want to try things that have lots of Shea butter in them. Have you been check for eczema?
Exfoliating and using lotion immediately after getting out of the bath or shower will help seal in moisture, too. But try a lotion with shea butter in it. That's for chronic dry skin.

Try applying right after you dry off bur before you dress and leave the bathroom the humidity really seems to help hold in the moisture. Plus try using one that says all day moisture.

try shaving your legs with hair conditioner, this makes your legs feel soft. after your bath put vaseline(petroleum jelly) on your legs, it takes a few minutes to rub in but this will help. i do it all the time because my legs get really dry too.
