you can't! the best way to lose wieght is to do it gradually. NOTHING is worth making yourself sick to be thinner! Please be careful and just take time to lose any wieght! i would figure out a better goal than 25 pounds a month - think about it - that's almost a pound a day, and to do that you would be badly malnourishing your body!
I am sure you do not need to lose that much wieght in that short amount of time. Talk to someone close to you about becoming diet partners and get support from friends - anyway you decide to do, please don't try to lose that much wieght in a month! If anyone says you can and comes up with a whacked out way to do it, DON'T believe them! You should only lose about 2 pounds a week to do it safely and for life! :)

i don't know if you'll be able to lose the full 25 lbs in a month but if you're looking to trim down the best way to do it is to increase the amount of physical activity you do (watching what you eat also helps). It took me a couple months but I dropped about 20 lbs after I quit my job at an inbound collection call center (where I sat on my butt for 8-12 hours a day and was stressed out all the time so I was eating more and too tired to go out and do anything physical) and started at my current job (recreation assistant at a IL center)
when I first started my physical activity increased about 10-fold especially because I wasn't sitting down all day but instead was up and moving around. (mostly moving boxes because they had just switched building before I got the job and they were still in the process of unpacking)
I still have a ways to go but my eating habits haven't really changed all that much and like I said I've dropped a good bit of weight. even in the last month I've managed to drop a couple more pounds just because I'm up and running around a lot more than I used too.

I think the most that is recommended a person lose in one week is 2lbs. However, in the winter of 2003 I was buying a 2 kg bag a mixed nuts for approx. $7. and a 24 cans of V8 for approx. $14. That was not all I ate. But the can of V8 really felt like a full meal. So I went down from about 220 lbs to about 160lbs. - 170lbs in about 4 months. I was looking and feeling great. However I was also attending church on Sunday and mid week which I think gave me the inner strength to break my food addiction. I also wanted to look good at church. I stopped going and it took about two years to gain it all back. Now I am trying to get plugged into another church. Here are links on juice fasting:

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age).

My dad went on this diet "Fit For Life" and it really did wonders for him. Within 2 months he was almost 30 pounds less.

However, diets are not for everyone and do not always work. If diets did really work for everyone, then America would be extremely thin because it seems almost everyone is on a diet.

Good luck either way and remember to take care of yourself...no matter what type of diet you undertake.

DISCIPLINE yourself with diet and exercise

try this, everymorning do some workout, EVERYDAY!!

eat only oatmeal for breakfast, if your getting hungry but its not yet lunch, eat maximum of two biscuits and water,

maybe on ur 1st week you can eat meal with rice during lunch, but your meal should always be vegetables with just a little amount of pork or chicken,, or fish,, 1 cup of rice only, if unsatisfied eat a maximum of 2 bananas for dessert that should make you at ease,,

dinner should be same, vegetables ONLY no rice,, with fish, or pork or chicken, NO MIDNIGHT SNACK,,

be proud if you can do this for a couple of days, becoz thats a sign of self discipline, if wouldnt make it in a month just continue doing this and you'll be happy with the progress. Gudluck
