The body I can control don’t disturb anybody but the heart is many times thinks wrongly how to reduce this please don’t say yoga or meditation any other ways

Breath.

Trust me on this.

Close your eyes, inhale and hold it. Count to eight seconds in your head and exhale. Recognize your surroundings. Try to think of every little detail you see. Then go on.

I used to think I was infected with HIV and would die of AIDS due to something that happened to me in the past. I tried this many times and it took many bad feelings away. Now I am totally over my bad thoughts.

Why do you think your thoughts are wrong? I don't know your situation, but I think it's possible the problem may be with your boundaries. Are you saying yes when you would rather say no to someone? If people are asking you to do things and you don't like to do it but you do it anyway that can cause you to have bad thoughts. I'm sure yoga and meditation can help you as far as feeling calm sometimes - but the truth is, really being true to yourself and also trying to find out by who's definition your thoughts are "wrong" may be helpful, too. Hope this helps.

first of all what's BAD THINKING for u ...

try and find out that ....

why i am saying this is , i really don't know what does BAD means to u ....

untill and unless i get to know that , i may not be in a position to give u any solution or offer any advice ...

however , u may try the following ....

* try n occupy ur self with some thing or the other
* spend time with like minded people
* spend time with friends n relatives
* do some good work to the society
* help atleast one person a day who is badly in need of some help
* if u believe in God , do visit any of ur religious places
* inculcate reading habits - good books
* even though u don't believe in mediatation or yoga , u may practice it for good health which will lead to agood mental health as well
* avoid liquor or smoking ...

Get a journal but only allow yourself to write down the positive things that happen in life, you can go clear back to when you were a child. I went through some tough times that caused me to be very depressed, I started writing down only positive things in my life, I was feeling so down I had start clear back when I was a child. When you think positive thoughts or negative thoughts your mind will cue of more of the same, so if you concentrate on only trying to remember good things that is what will be in your mind. Surround yourself with positive music only and positive friends and family members. It is ultimately up to you! But you can do it surround yourself with positive things. Go to church. I love my church join a church. Mine is the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints. Also do volunteer work Service is the greatest thing to help you think positively, read the scriptures and visit old people do good things and you will have good happy thoughts.

see avoid thinking is the only solution. you should engage yourself busily with the physical work so that you can go to sleep immediately on going to bed. Take things casually as it is. Don't have brooding habit over the occurances or possible happenings. If a snake crosses, take appropriate steps to escape. Don't think how you will safeguard yourself if a snake crosses on your way even when no snake is crossing your way.

Negative thinking is a habit ,and the only way is to put in hard labour to break it. the labour is not physical but mental effort. you need to cultivate positive thinking and that is best done by positive actions. statr with one then another , make a list, force yourself to do it at the cost of physical discomfort and yes, get off the net for a good clean break.

to reduce bad thinkings, be spiritually high in thinking. get encaged everytime .dont let time to pass without any work.seek happiness in any of the hobbies like reading,sinnging,..using a personal diary to share our emotions or keeping openess with each and everyone can give usa free mind.optimism in our deeds can avoid frustration and there by bad thinkings.

get on homeopathy. treat urself first! then wen u break ur 'bad thinking' pattern, u urself wil b 'thinking positive'!! think of urself as a good person by nature only in need of some outside help to regain ur balance of mind.

do not sit ideal keep yuor self always busy and think over the positive things only always be with good people as attitude is every thing.
