Basically you have to much pressure on the lower lumbar section of your back. You probably sleep on your stomach with a high pillow. All you need to do is release some of that pressure and do some back stretches. Sleep on your side in a fetal position and see if that seems to help.

What you are probably suffering from is TMS (tension myositis syndrome). Myo

means muscle. Your back muscle is all tensed up. Because of the tension

there is not enough blood flow that brings the oxygen it needs to that area,

and that is, whats causing the pain. I bet when you take a hot shower, it

feels a little better,But not for long, thats because heat gets the blood flow

moving. I understand your pain, as I have suffered the same symptoms,

through out my life. I even thought for a long time that I had a pinched nerve,

Until recently learning that there is no such thing. Believe that there is

nothing structually wrong with you. Stresses, big and small are the culprits

here. Today write down all the things that are bothering you, go back as far

as you can, become aware of any guilt and resentments you have, and

believe me we all have them.Let them go, there holding you back. Believe you

have the power to deal with any situations you may be faced with, today and

everyday thereafter.

There is a certain type of cyst that forms in peoples bodies, right at the top of the butt crack. It can be very painful, you will probably have to get it removed. I forget what it's called, but one of the nicknames for it is Jeep's Disease. They used to think it was caused by riding around on bumpy terrain in Jeeps. It might be that if it hurts more when you push on the skin, right about the butt crack, you might be able to feel a hard lump under the skin. Sometimes if you push really hard on it, fluid can come out, even though there is no sign of a bump or swelling. I have one but it hasnt gotten serious enough to need to be removed. They are pretty common.
