ky or astroglide?

me and my boyfriend are planning on having anal. which one is the best for this? or are they both the same. also, what are the risks of anal sex.

I prefer Astroglide but KY also works well. Practice relaxing and clenching your anal muscles. The reason for relaxing should be obvious but if you aren't sure how to relax then clench tight and then relax from that point. Start small, one finger then two. Apply the lube inside and out slowly and gently with your fingers. Get him to help but have him trim his nails first. The other reason for practicing clenching, aside from using it to relax, is that it will drive your BF over the roof. Take your time and don't be in a hurry. Try different positions and have patience with one another. If you don't like it then that is your choice and make sure he respects it but don't judge too quickly either.

As with any sexual act there are risks involving sexually transmitted diseases (STD). Because anal carries a greater likely hood of those diseases being transmitted if either one of you has an STD then you shouldn't be having any sex let alone anal. If you don't have an STD, either of you, then anal can't create what isn't there. Anal will NOT cause cancer or loss of rectal control causing you wear a diaper for the rest of your life, those are often repeated sexual urban myths that are popular around here.
