The one who needs to get rid of them is your mom. She needs to say NO and close the door. IF they think that you will stand there and listen to them, then they will talk your ear off and never want to leave. Some people have it so ingrained into them that to shut a door on someone is impolite and JWs take advantage of that mind set. If your mom is elderly then they really target them. Alot of elderly are lonely and just want people to talk to them so the JWs really take advantage of that. IF you think you have it bad that they stop by alot, you could be me. Some of my family members have married into the JWs. That really make me a target for them. I have to be rude and nasty to get rid of them. They see being polite and nice as signs of weakness in people.

At times, a question such as this will elicit dozens and dozens of elaborate schemes to spare a householder an unwanted conversation with Jehovah's Witness door-to-door ministers.

All such schemes are a complete and utter waste of time!

Many of your neighbors have figured it out, and it's really quite simple:
1. Open the door
2. Smile (optional)
3. Ask "Jehovah's Witness?"
4. Receive affirmation
5. Say, "Thank you, but I'm not interested"
6. Gently close the door (slamming is rude, but your prerogative)

Please recognize that Jehovah's Witnesses are not primarily interested in converts, but in working to obey Jesus' command to preach (Matt 24:14; Matt 28:19,20).

If they're stalking your Mom, call the police, and in do ing so, happen to mention that you've already talked to a lawyer and the ACLU - not as a threat, but just to get the police to act. Convince the police that these JW's may be a real threat (if true) to her financial security or physical safety. Perhaps you suspect that these JW's have different motives? Get the police to respect your concerns. There was a new law passed recently (in the US) designed to protect seniors from financial swindlers.

If you can't get the police to help, you could try the sheriff, or even district attorney. If no luck with any of these, then I suggest that you get creative. Conduct a stakeout, to pounce on the JWs when they arrive, to confront them with aggressive Satanism, Paganism, or even a mainstream religions (other than JW). You don't have to believe these things, you're just acting to get rid of the leaches.

This reminds me of the time I was a freshman in high school, and was stressed by the aggressive military recruiters who kept calling. My older brother, born about 1955, provided great advice: "Just tell them you're a communist." I did, and I never heard from them again.

Tell them to look at Acts chapter 2 , where it says that "King David ascended not into Heaven, yet said, "The Lord said to my Lord,'Sit at My right hand......"
They will say that King David did not go to Heaven when he died.
THEN YOU have them READ OUT LOUD Psalm 110.
The wording is almost identical to the passage in Acts Chapter 2, except IT DOESN"T say that King David ascended not into Heaven.
The reason is that KING DAVID WROTE PSALM 110!!!!!

How could he possibly have spoken what he did in Acts if he was dead????? Dead is Dead.
Accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior grants a person ETERNAL LIFE!!!!!
There are many other things that I could tell you, but it might be a little too much for some people. Feel free to E-mail me & I will fill you in on some of the other GARBAGE that the Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons , and Freemasons think, believe, and teach.

I have had luck a few ways in different cities.

Hit on one of them who is the same sex. Just act flaming and totally perverted. I actually acted like I had set it up and they were supposed to come. It scares the heck out of them and they won't come near you at all.

Here in Texas, the second time they showed up I was on the way to the range. I happened to be armed. I just told them that I would take full advantage of the property right laws if I saw them again. Sometimes it pays to get labeled a crazy redneck.

Tell them you will listen to what they have to say if they can come in and watch you show them how to skin a new born baby. Then go on to preach about how all parts of the baby can be eaten and then you can craft things from the bones. I'm sure they will skip your house next trip. Good luck!

very simple.
when you open the door, interrupt their canned speech.
tell them that you will talk to them if they can answer a simple yes or no question with "YES".
then ask "is Jesus Christ God?".
wait a few seconds, wish them a nice day and close the door.
they will not be back.
you just exposed them for what they are.

Next time tell them they are trespassing and post a " no trespassing" sign on the property. If they show up again after that, call the cops.
