Well you would have a frog in your throat, plus if their tanks aren't clean a big possibility of salmonella.

Well, I'm sure it all depends on how big the thing is. If the frog is small enough to swallow without chewing then choking wouldn't be that much of a problem. However, if you do decide to do this, I'd first look into what kind of frog, if it is health (without disease or parasites) is good, and how the frog would react because say if the frog decides to resist, it could mean some dangerous throat/mouth problems. Now I'm not trying to judge but wouldn't that taste a bit gross? And doesn't it bother you that you're eating a live animal? I mean these things usually go a lot better and a bit more nicely (both in terms of eating and for the animal's welfare) if the animal (frog) were dead. Good luck, but personally I wouldn't suggest it.

For the frogs, pretty dire.
Also depends on what type of frogs you've decided to eat. Some wouldn't be safe to eat cooked, either.

You really should have your head examined first. I'm sure you'll have to pay up, in cash, BEFORE you eat the contaminated frog though.

Salmonella would be common - a number of parasites would be pretty much guaranteed.
