ok i like this girl from school..althogh we didnt talk before i wanted to make and send her a heart shaped pizza for valentines day because i work at a pizza place ^^
and maybe a card that says something nice

honestly, girls dont really care what it is that the guy gives them (well they do but you know what i mean) what really appeals to them (in my opinion) is that he actually put thought into it. i know it is cleche but it is really "the thought that counts"

That is a perfect idea!!
If a guy did that for me I would definitely take notice of him, and want to learn more about him.
Although, I would definitely 1) make sure she's single and 2) put some kind of note with the pizza so she knows who it is from. Make it short, sweet, flirty, and include your phone number. Don't do anything to stalkerish or she'll just run in the other direction.
I wish you the best of luck, you sound like an awesome guy, she'd be crazy to not like you after you did that.

The pizza idea is cute and creative. Top it off with a little bit of chocolate, maybe a teddy bear, and she will be really excited.

That might creep her out dude. thoughtful idea though.. if youve never talked to her that might confuse her ya know? like "whats goin on, this guys never even came up and talked to me..."
Maybe try talking to her first... Use eye contact and body language along with a playful tone of voice(not too put on though). Show your interest first...
