I'm originally from Saskatoon myself but I moved to the US not too long ago. But I sure miss the summer weather, and am totally homesick. We've been getting snow here every week since Christmas and the one we had at the end of December was much worse than the one S'Toon got mid-january. I'm getting sick of it.
Going to the Ex, the Fringe Festival, the Jazz Festival, or even just cruising 8th all night, then shooting pool at Snooker Shack and Timmy's before going home.

It costs a lot more to live on the west coast (vancouver), but it is worth it!! We only get snow once or twice a year and it melts away pretty quickly. We did get more than usual this year, but we don't mind, because it is now mild and sunny! The daffodils should start coming out soon.

Yes.
Georgetown, that is west end out of Toronto.
Thank God, for no winter untill end of December and
a mild January-winter without almost no snow,
but the downside was a lot of flu's that lasted a lot longer than
the usual 3-4 days. I hope you missed that.
By mid May here, we should be close to summer.
Good luck.

Yes! Hi, Hot, and Zorlinda - I'm from Saskatoon, too. Yucky morning this Tuesday; hope it smartens up soon. We had quite the January, and it doesn't look like February will start out any better! However, like you, I look forward to spring!

I'm from thunder bay. It is usually -40 this time of the year and it hasn't gone below -20 so far... so it is relatively warm and only a tiny bit of snow for some reason *cough*global warming*cough*.
But then again, I can't WAIT for summer! I want to hop on my bike and go to a river and swim for a bit : )

No, I live in Ohio but it is really cold right now here also (about 15 degrees F) and snow showers. I hate cold weather with passion. Ugh, I wish I could make spring come faster for the both of us:)
