Most people are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their income tax checks so they can purchase things for their families/kids, you are trying to get out of your responsibilities. I hope you're done fathering children.

Your question doesn't make sense, because if you paid child support, your refund wouldn't be taken to pay the child support. Therefore you are delinquent on your child support and have been for years.

The next step will be garnishment of your wages for child support.

They only get your tax refund if you are behind in support payments. Pay your child support.

if they are taking your income tax refund it means you OWE a large amount of arrears... (if an intercept is in place to take state/fed refunds).

no loop holes. yeah it does sux, but its what they have been forced to do (make laws against deadbeat parents), because the honor system doesnt work. the gov is just tired of people not paying for their kids, so they passed all the laws for kids.

the childs needs comes before ALL of us, period.

if you want, you can thank all of the old deadbeat parents for forcing the government to do something about it.
