I never really paid this guy at school any attention but recently i have noticed that i see him alot more than usual and everytime i see him his eyes light up and he has the brightest smile on his face, and he looks me up and down but he hasn't made a move yet what does this mean?

He likes you go talk to him. He is worth it. the ones where their eyes light up will treat you good but only if you treat him good. Or the light dies in his eyes
