If you think about it, these men are all alone in the middle of the desert sharing how much they love each other. Since theres no criminal background check a lot of these criminals may and could have spent nearly all their lives behind bars which they acquired "certain" habits in order to satify their natural human "love necessities" Are these "heroes" the real face of American patriotism?

To the cats lover and human hater down there, Im not surprised at your ignorance of the atrocities and unhumane acts that the only real KKK that has done. Maybe a litlle more reading would change your hate towards one group of people.
And oh, you remind me of Hitler. Hitlers personal train was named Amerika but then he wanted to exterminate every living soul. You name your "Chihuahua" dog Chica,(Mexican name) and all you do is just spill hatred in this forum against Mexican national regardless if they are legal or not.

wow its like junior highschool in here. someone say something to bait others and you always have a long list of people who feel the urge to respond and with insults. So much for a country of tolerance since when did it still become an insult to referr to someone as gay? because frankly from the the answers I read that is what comes across. Well to answer your question I did go see that movie and it wasn't really to my liking, seem too much like a soap opera. Though the acting was very good. And i highly doubt it was inspired by the minutemen because it took place nowhere near the border. Well hope that answered your question, now you may resume you regularly scheduled insulting and taunting back and forth.

No, Alberto.....I believe the Movie Brokeback Mountain was inspired by the Racist Organization called La Raza. if you think about it, these La Raza men are all alone in the middle of the desert sharing how much they love each other. Since there's no criminal background check, a lot of these criminals may and could have spent nearly all their lives growing up in, behind, and around bars which they acquired "certain" habits in order to satisfy their natural human "love necessities."
Are these "Brokeback Mountain heroes" the real face of Illegal Immigration?

No actually it was inspired by the Mexican racists group the "Brown Berets",they even named it correctly. And lets not forget La Raza Unida the brown kkk.
And there most certainly is a criminal back ground check to become a member of the Minute Men,I'm sure that you couldn't "measure" up to any of theses brave patriotic Americans. You really seem obsessed with them.Do I detect a "problem " here with your sexuality .You seem to be worried far more about them ,than they are about you.
The Minute Men have members of all nationality's and colors.Yes we have a lot of Hispanic members too. They are all patriotic legal Americans.

Well Alberto, I would bet 10 pesos that you are Mexican/Hispanic. Because basically you and the people who run the stash houses along the Borders to hide illegals, think that the Minutemen are a racist organization. If you want a racist organization, check out La Raza, MALDEF, L.U.L.A.C, some of those people. The Minutemen are actually made up of a number of people from different backgrounds and areas of the country. They consist of husbands/wife's, Doctors, Lawyers, Lawmen, Military Retirees, etc. The fact is they are ALL American Citizens who are concerned about protecting our Borders and the tidal wave being pushed on us by the Mexican Government to take care of it's citizens.

There is a western gear store near where I live that put up a new sign when that movie came out. All it said, without specific reference to the movie was:
"They ain't cowboys, they's sheepherders."
They ain't Minutemen, either, although if gay Americans wanted to be Minutemen, I don't know that there would be a problem with that.
It isn't the MINUTEMEN who are intollerant, it would seem, Alberto!

PS, there is SO a background check, Alberto. Check out their site.

I know it was based on a book of the same name, but I have no idea if the author got her inspiration from the Minutemen.

who the #$% is this yahooforkids person....looking like a big trashqueen from that icon and then to see whay it has to say about gays and lesbians...go back to your trailer honny :)
The movie is ok and was over rated by many just because it was a so called first for the gay big screen love scenes while there are many other gay themed movies out there. with famous actors...thinking of Robert Williams, Tom selleck, Patrick Swazey, Russle Crowe....

Surveys show that a very high percentage of Latino men have had a gay experience before leaving home,so maybe you should reflect on your own culture, before you start trying to mislabel others.
