I think that you already know that you will need to see a dentist. These things do not go away without treatment. In the meantime, take an anti-inflamitory like motrin and when you try to sleep, keep your head elevated and the side that hurts should be facing up. That means if the right side hurts, put a couple of pillows under you and put the left side of your head on the pillow. This can help the throbbing a little but but again, you need a dentist asap.

The best thing I have ever found to do about a tooth ache, is to have it pulled. The wisdom teeth are no good for anything anyway, and they are usually the first teeth to go bad. As long as you keep the bad tooth, you are going to stay in pain and suffer. So, contact a dentist and have it extracted. PLEASE.

I would definately get them removed. I had all 4 wisdom teeth coming in at once and braces all at the same time and the wisdom teeth were affecting the performance of the braces. The sooner you get the wisdom teeth out the better. Until then I would take some OTC pain killer. When I would have my braces tightened,my teeth would be in some killer pain and my orthodontist recommended Naproxen. But heres a list of some OTC painkillers...http://www.vaughns-1-pagers.com/medicine/painkiller-comparison.htm

Oil of clove is the traditional drugstore remedy for a toothache. If you can't get out you'll have to settle for a regular pain-killer like aspirin or acetaminophen. Also, see a dentist asap, these things don't heal by themselves.

You can take up to 4 Advil (Motrin, ibuprofen) every six hours for pain. (800mg total) If you take that much, eat before you do. Don't take it if your DDS gave you a script for anything else. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflamatory, so it might work better than Tylenol.

Have the dentist to remove teeth that are rotten/cavity and keep the wisdom, because after all they are good molders and there's nothing wrong with them. I don't understand why the dentist remove them and not other molders fill with fillings? Good luck I had all four of my remove and it didn't hurt that much after surgery.
