Is hell like God's torture chamber section of God's home (heaven?)? Or maybe he sections it off into different spiritual realms?
It must be awfully enormous since most of his clay figures for test study he created who ever lived will be there. So if it's say a 90/10 split, 10 percent of all who ever lived happily in heaven,
Does God just sit and watch over that 90% burning in hell for all 'eternity'?

God put Satan in charge of Hell.
Yes, God sits in Heaven and he knows that 90% of his human creation will end up in Hell.

There were times in the past when God regretted creating the human race, and there were times when he was in the mood to send 100% of them to Hell.

God is not amused by much of anything, and not given to excessive sympathy, and he doesn't waste his time pondering the eternal tortures in Hell; Satan was commissioned to take care of all those details.

Jesus came down and tried to cheer everybody up by promising heaven and eternal life, but the final decision is God's; and each soul as he nears the Judgment Day should not expect a whole lot of mercy.

Church people, claiming as they do, to love Jesus, expect to go to Heaven, and they expect you and other doubters will go to Hell; the great irony, lost on them, is that God has absolutely no patience for hypocrites and liars and self-righteous people --

Clair, we are not test subjects or clay test. we are beings created with a soul, a purpose. God created us in his image with a free will to either follow him or not. Does God control or rule over Hell? Christ took the key from the Devil and therefore took the power of sin over man away from Satin. I don't believe God sits and watches over those in Hell, yet he has the power to prevent from you going there. If 90% of all creation end up burning in Hell then that is what it will be. We don't have control over that. You have been given a free will to make your choice.

Hell is self derogatory. Pagan worship is the route. To lose
the abilities of the teachings of all history that God enable us
to be the earth's caretakes, sets us into the alien nation. Not
all are destined to die to begin with, and those with superpower,
causes, conservatories, histories, antiquities may save some
people by the prosperity of their ideologies, or sharing. Death
must be defeated, in the general sense, humanity is too small.
So the innocent will not go to Hell. The guilty go to Hell, and it
is generally a multitasking computerized planet to make you
sick, weak, ridiculous, poor, and humbled to the extremes. This
section is a place with measure where your evil friends can be
joined with you without any cost for to get there you must go
through the duties of the weather dangers and shoot lightening
out of your head and give waters of life to those free on earth.
There are those monsters that are too dangerous to humans
like they are constant in antagonizing size and power of fear.
This is the location of those of Hell. Heaven is what the millions of years of God sharing blessed resources with humanity. In peace, love, sharing, faith, prayer, meals, stocks,
and lands. Come to the promised land, where all have to be
for their own future will be seen by themselves.

Nah! He just recycled human evils into buck heads and be eaten by Lions...after some few millennial of burning of their souls, while low life scums are recycled into dung beetles and be consumed by squirrels...

But I noticed, you were sitting up there watching the hell burning those hapless souls...

Anyway, let me continue of my story... the 10% of yours will be transformed into angels to help God of its chores, while God would just slips away for you to deny and defy Satan; and its Devils on of your daily life's routine among the guidance of the Angels left behind.

Nice story, huh? But peace be with you as I know life is full of mystery... but those story I shared with you are the story I have heard and shared with others... so, peace.

God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked. He is patient and longsuffering, not willing for any to perish. And hell isn't anything to be making little jokes about.

Yep... according to scripture, Satan is not in charge of Hell; he's just another prisoner in that miserable place!
