What is the purpose of the Oronineh Ointment? Help please!?

I heard it's a good product, but I don't know much about it. Anyone know what is the use of this ointment?

It's kind of like Neosporin...for minor cuts and minor burns etc.

I don't know what that Ointment is. Could it be maybe a mispelling?
