how do you obtain a tatoo license in the state of texas?

i have a daughter that is interested in this field and wants to know the state requirements

you can go to any tattoo conventions, or just go into a tattoo shop and see if they are hiring if they are they should send her to school to get a license then they should let her train and then be on her own. but she would need her own guns, needles, and ink.
