I have gained a few pounds from last year and have gotten some stretch marks. I'm not too worried about them because theres nothing i can really do but....I want to start working out and get back to my normal weight....can i get stretch marks from loosing weight too????

sadly...losing and gaining wieght gave you stretch marks.
ive been able to get rid of some of mine though.
rub in shaysbutter lotion on them at night and in the morning.
it doesnt work for everyone but hey what have you got to lose??

Unfortunately, yes. Stretch marks are caused by the overstretching of parts of the skin. Some people's skin is more or less elastic than others. If you already have stretch marks it likely means you're susceptible to them.

yes you can.

Stretch marks occur when your skin is stretched for a long period of time, either by rapidly gaining or losing weight. Once the fibres in the dermis are pulled to their maximum, they cause scars.
