how do you file taxes if you and your spouse live & work in two different states?

my spouse & I are living and working in two different states - how does that affect filing taxes - etc - any and all info on this subject would be appreciated.

Federal taxes is one form. For the state taxes, you will have to file taxes in all states you work or live in.
