because it's winter - and you need more hand cream, face cream, body butter, and everything else.

Also - increase your intake of olive oil - to have good skin

GOD bless us always!

There are many causes of dry skin. It can be the water you use to wash with. If it's hard water it can result in rashes and skin and scalp problems because it changes the skin's pH and soap remains on the skin, clogging pores makes skin dry.

Environmental factors such as chemicals, or harsh ingredients and chemicals in soaps/cleaners or excessive washing. Or cosmetics, other face products & exposure to sun, wind, cold. Also poor diet. Nutritional deficiencies, especially deficiencies of vitamin A and the B vitamins, can also contribute to dry skin.
Most O T COUNTER products/medications don't deal with root cause of problem and chemical additives tend to make problem worse. To make face skin healthy again use a mild tea tree oil face wash and only mild cleaners for body. And massage face daily, quite vigorously, with a revitalizing natural oil (nut, coconut or other unadulterated oil). Vigorous massage will stimulate skin and clean out clogged pores, hasten new healthy skin to emerge. Also massage entire body with oil. You will see results in a few days and overtime will have a healthy glowing skin. Also will rid face skin of spots and any other disorders. You keep up a massage routine(not as frequent) and it will remain that way. You will not need to be constantly moisturizing or using any other products -. only unhealthy skins need those.

It could be caused by a lot of things...your diet, not enough water...but its not something you should just accept...
most over the counter products are full of chemicals and dry skin only comes back...get some extra virgin coconut oil and use liberally on your skin you wont believe the results...your skin is the largest organ on your body so don't put anything on it that you wouldn't eat
you can also use coconut oil for cooking and in your hair..

Just part of you. I have oily skin, want to swap for a while? Try eating some flax seed or oil and use some good cream on your body after you shower and before going out in the cold. I use Dove bodywash and it does a good job of keeping my skin soft in the winter. We all have something, be grateful it is not worse.
