The age difference would be okay if you were 18 and he was 21.

That depends on how mature you are, and I guess also how mature he is. I would be careful about sex because that is something that requires a lot of emotional maturity, and you could get hurt. Its not too much of an age gap and especially when you are 16 in my opinion.

At your age it is a large gap. Legally speaking most juridictions dont allow you to be alone together. The difference between three years when your older is not so great. Its your choice but Iwould go slow if i were you.

Unfortunately yes, because he has been around sowing his oats probably (high) and you are still young and innocent? You are fascinated by his knowledge, strength, body build, wont take anyone's guff...etc. If you were the eighteen year old and he was twenty-one no one would really give a hoot.
