How much fruit juice do you drink? A friend of mine was drinking half a liter (and more) of fruit juice every single day because she liked the sweetness so much and considered that the healthy thing to do. She also had chronic diarrhea. When she stopped the fruit juice the diarrhea problem stopped too. If you are drinking a lot of fruit juice, try stopping for a couple of weeks. If that doesn't help, you need to see a doctor for a diagnosis and solution. Good luck!

If you are fourteen and have had diarrhea for two years then I suggest you go to a doctor and be checked out.
If you have some tree and plant pollen allergies then a tablespoon of NATURAL honey a day on toast or cereal or in tea will help. It must be natural and from your local area as those are the things that may be making your nose run. Get the other problem checked out please. Do you eat a good balanced diet without junk?

You should really see a doctor about your condition. My children have food allergies that can cause symptoms like these. My son has a peanut allergy and my daughter used to be allergic to tomatoes. Other common food allergies include wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, and tree nuts among other things. I hope you can find what is causing the problem. An allergy specialist could determine exactly what it is with a simple skin test.

The diarrhea is most likely caused by a food allergy, in my opinion. You may have trouble digesting milk and dairy products, or you may have too much fat in your diet.

The stuffy nose is also probably caused by allergies. You can control this by using a nasal spray like nasocort, or a decongestant like sudafed or sudafed pe. A daily antihistamine, like zyrtec, allegra, or claritin will help control your allergies in general.

you probably have allergic rhinitis because of ur runny and sometimes blocked nose, but for the diarrhea probably GI problems. have an appointment with a gastroenterologist.
