those unusual instances may trigger your vagos gland to eventually make you feel that way..it's definitely a disorder coz it's not normal to feel that way..

You should throw up to get that food out of your system. Throw up, and take frequent sips of cool water, and if you can in a few hours, go with gatorade and saltines. If you can't, just stick with water. When any food has little bubbles you shouldn't eat it, unless you know that the food should have bubbles. Next time if you are questioning if the meal will make you sick, first smell it, if it smells bad dont eat, if it smells fine, take a little taste to see if it tastes okay, if not, don't eat it, if it tastes okay, then go for it. An even better suggestion is if you are unsure if the meal is good or not, just dont eat it.

its in your head you probally questioned it before you ate it , since you felt like throwing up afterward you probably tied it to it now when you see it your remineded of what you had felt in a previous situation , theres nothing wrong with you just try and stay away from it and if you do get near just calmy back away your probably not going to get sick but a few minutes try thinking of something esle good luck

maybe food poisoning. I don't really understand about the "meal of mines" and you don't say how long this has been going on, so it's hard to figure out what it might be.

Food poisoning? Flu?

Do you have peppermint tea? it works, try it out! and if the symptoms get worse or last more than 24hrs see a DR.
