the guy that i wanted to date in band class, well he and i are now dating, but we have been datin for over a week, and im starting to think he is crazy! whenever we first started dating he sent me sweet messages over myspace, and then he stopped, then i asked him if anything was wrong, and he stared sending them again, and he even put that he loved me as his headline, but he never calls, and he never sends messages anymore, should i leave a comment breaking up with him for the whole world to see, or should i message him, in detail explaining the break up, or give him more time, please, please, please help me.
ps this question is for my friend, and she really needs help, personally i think she should leave him the comment, so he would be embarassed! but she wants a guys point of view!

No. Just move on. He probably decided he was more interested in another girl. So your friend should start looking elsewhere.

To whom it may concern; your friend; not to disrespect her, needs to understand that she is not married to this "player". You said she seen his profile over at myspace. This person was window shopping and thought he found a perfect prize, meaning for himself and no other. Most guys like the hit and run approach to a quick realtionship. Remember you have your whole life ahead of you,so what is one week of finding out how this one person is going to act around you. Remember; giving this guy a bad reputation only makes other girls who don't know the ways of a player more attractive.
Every person has a story to tell, and sharing some sort of life changing experience. Why waste it on someone who does not care to listen.

Now, tell your friend that breaking up on the internet so the whole world to see will tear him up inside and out. I dont think she wants to hurt him. Tell them to come over without letting the other know that he or she is coming over and have them talk about it. Maybe he is just running out of things to text or to put on myspace. But if you put it on myspace, you will probably loose a lot of friends for doing that to them.

It's not right to embarass a guy becuase you don't like him or he's weird, that could serouisly hurt his reputation and life. Cyber bullying is a problem now with internet acess, and who knows what type of hate mail he'd get off Myspace calling him a loser becuase his girlfriend broke up with him.
So text it to him or tell it to his face. Also make sure everything is alright with his personnel life.

Sounds like your friend is in desperate need of attention.
If the love isn't there anymore because he's distant, then yes, it's time to let him go, even if his distance is unintentional.
Maybe he's busy. If he has a job, or has a lot of homework (since you guys are in school), he might be too busy to make that extra call, or send that extra message.
Give him a little more time. Try calling him.

what the hell?! all this happened in over a week? what he left a message day 1 and didnt day 2? You or your "friend" need to get out of your own @ss. I'm sure the guy has a life! But for god's sake if your this horribly clingy expecting constant messages and phone calls then either your royal family or he ought to get the hell away from you!

If you break up, do it in person, assuming that's how you two got together its only fair. If you started dating through online then maybe that's okay and stuff. Don't just do it to embarass him tho, that's not cool at all. I would make sure you lay out what the problem is though, it's only fair and lets him not do it over and over on his next relationship.

Your friend needs to contact him and talk to him face to face or over the phone. She needs to find out what is wrong. Dumping him publicly is very mean especially after he proclaimed his love publicly. Don't do that. Fix the problem or break up privately and let him down gently. Good luck and take care.

I'm a girl, but I know that no matter who you are, breaking up in anything other than person is just flat out rude, harsh, and mean.
Trust me from experience, even the phone is terrible.
Or, if you really wanted to try to save the relationship you could talk to him about it, in person...he may not even realize that it bugs you. Guys are oblivious sometimes ;)
Sorry I'm not a guy :P

Just remember, always do big things in person... Like the hook up or break up, they should all be done face to face. If not that means your relationship is non confrontational and you will have problems like what your having now... So I say leave him, but break up with him lightly, and in person.
