He's only 1-2 years older than me, but really nice. I know that no guy wants to think about his little sister making out with his friend, but I really like him. Is it too weird?

if your bro says its ok to go. if he hates that idea, i would back off, because it can affect their friendship, and i know i would feel bad if that happened.

I really don't think that that is a good idea have you seen the movies? It always turns out bad. But if you are going to date your brother's best friend you should probably ask your brother how he feels he may feel uncomfortable and if he doesn't want to talk about it at the moment then wait a while before bring up the suject again. If he says no, then picture him making out with *your* best friend.

It depends on how close your brother and his friend are. If they are besties, then absolutely not. A relationship between you and this guy will more than likely stir up jealousy from your brother, or from you if he values his friendship with your brother more than his relationship with you. Also, when you two break up you will be putting yourself as well as your brother in an extremely awkward situation, with him still coming over to your house and having to deal with seeing him again. If the two are not as good of friends, then you may be able to get away with a relationship. Ask your brother first if it would be awkward for him, but proceed with caution.

Making out with his friend? Why don t you start by waiting for this older guy to go out with you before even thinking about making out? If you are interested in dating this guy, just start with that. Maybe then your brother will not panic about his so-called little sister who doesn t sound very mature.

well I dated my best friend's brother briefly so it's similar to your situation. in my case she was fine with it cuz she's the one who introduced us. I would see if your brother is fine with it though just as a courtesy. Good luck and I hope something works out :)

my brother is a year and a half younger than me and if he was dating one of my girl friends i would think it would be really weird
