If my spouse owns the car I use for my business, can I still deduct it on my taxes?

When you are married, you and your spouse legally own and are responsible for each others property. What she owns, you own. What you own, she owns. Of course you can deduct the car for your business (if you used it) just like you would if your name is on the car.

Are both your names on the registration/insurance? Most references I found on the IRS site refer to the use of "your" car, not "a" car (other than a rental).
