I am a submissive crossdresser, and for me it would be totally OK to please and serve a woman, although she does not love me or intend to marry me.
As a general rule of interaction, you sould tell him, that you are pleased by the way he serves you and that you do not think you will ever love him. This would be fair, and I would assume, that he still wants to serve you; by that it will make it beneficial for both sides.
