what curling iron can i get at beauty supply stores(sally's) or target for $65-$70 and UNDER???

i want a BIG barrel curling iron to get waves/big curls in my hair/ i have fairly thick straight hair.

please something that is not TOO or OVERLY drying.

I know that if u get a pack like it has the curling iron and it comes with different plates so u can have normal, spiral, or wave curls. In each plate there is a piece of wet lining that sprays water on ur hair whil curling! I have one and got it from target, for a good deal too! Plz check it out, u can always return it if u have to! my mom had some iron that was pink but go to a walgreens and buy a ceramic revlon curling iron the most it costs is 50-60 bucks i have a strightener thats ceramic it works really good and wont burn
