Mas o menos tu queases????? ( tell me in english please)

That is a very poor Spanish. It should be "Más o menos, ¿tú qué haces?", but even with that, sounds as a person with not a vast vocabulary, so to say (the "más o menos" part can be omited from the sentence and it'd be better). That person might be asking you one of two things:
1. What do you do for a living?
2. What are you doing right now?
Depending on the context.
Maybe that comes from a native, but natives can slaughter their language too.

exactly? it means "more or less, what are you doing?"

it should say "que estas haciendo" but que haces is a slangish way of saying it...just shorter. not really slang. anyways, it basically means "so...basically, what are you up to right now?"
