Absolutely. It's a great sheild for lips that also dry in cold weather, and soothing to lips that have dried and split.

The answer is yes, many models like Tyra Banks use it to keep lips shining and looking healthy. The best thing to do is wet lips and pat dry with a facecloth. Rub vaseline on them and then brush in horizontile motion back and forth with a toothbrush. Its normal for them to tingle. You should do this in the morning or at night but do it at the most three times a week. They look great and healthy and it makes dry lips very well conditioned. Hope this helps.

it can be used, however it may cause you problems with a possible infection occuring. vaseline is a good lubricant, it won't give you protection from infection, from opportunistic viruses/bacteria that will be trapped next to your lip tissues. any break in the skin tissues like cracking with chapped lips, leaves an easy avenue for germs to enter. try useing a medicated lip balm or an antibacterial first aid creme
