Yes, but no specific God. In Colonial America, many of the Founding Fathers were Freemasons even though they were Deists and did not worship the Christian god. Jews and Muslims also can be members.
Atheists appear to be the only ones excluded, and I doubt they care since they tend not to have a ‘be part of a group’ or ‘join the flock’ mentality anyway.

They do believe in a Higher Power, "The Great Architect Of The Universe". Yes, they are already in power. The reason for taking over the world is for their own agenda and to set up a one world government.

They started out as an honorable guild of craftsmen. Then they were taken over at the highest levels by the Satanists. Today they are mostly duped Christians unwittingly serving a Satanic organization. Not unlike the bulk of Christians anyway, teaching gross falsehoods as gospel. The lower level members never learn the truth of their sinister agenda.
If they do learn the truth they either conform or quit or speak out.
Oftentimes those who speak out are dispatched back to Father before their natural time. It is the code of every such organization.
I personally knew a retired navy seal who was murdered. What was he doing? Aggressively revealing the truth about the masons. Who murdered him? The authorities didn't bother to investigate his death. I wonder why?
Let them do their work. It will only convict them in the court of heaven before the supreme Judge. Amen.
We are supposed to let the tares grow up with the wheat. They have their work to do and it is all part of the plan of Father for correctly sorting out the sheep and the goats. Just don't you stain your hands by supporting them. You don't want to look like a goat do you? Didn't think so.
Naturally this is all just my opinion, naturally.

the entry level men are not told all the secrets behind freemasonry. they are just told to memorize different writings and never write anything on paper.if so,they will be cut from ear to ear.My dad was a freemason, but got out once he became a christian. they dont worship the same GOD. the G in their name stands for geometry. and all their buildings face east, and when you die your suppose to have your head face the east. My father was a mason for quite a while and he never knew the truths behind it until some X-master mason revealed all the secrets on audio tape and my father then turned on them, and quit paying dues. you can't serve two masters. he chose Christ.

They believe in God but they serve Lucifer. To be a mason you have to go and knock on their door and say that you are seeking light. Even if you call yourself a Christian and are supposed to have the light by the knowledge of the son of God. Lucifer is worshipped as the bringer of light, but it's the dark light of the knowledge of good and evil and not the true light which is represented by the other tree in the garden of Eden, the tree of life.
