whenever i am around beautiful young women that i want to talk to or get to know, or even date i get nervous or shy, what do i need to do and how do i approach a beautiful girl i might be interested in?

You need to get out there and put yourself out on the limb.
It might be uncomfortable but, after doing it you will feel better and it WILL get easy after a short time.

When you are approaching a girl that you might be interested in, you should think of positive things that would happen when you come up to her. If you are still nervous after that, start talking about things that both of you would like. Normally, that way you would be able to talk more and more and become less shy.

theres nothing you can do but grow out of it. you can become more social but lol the best thing to do would be to watch beauty and the geek its an amzing show and helps out guys like you (nervous and shy)! GL

A big thing is having confidence in yourself. If you don't have some confidence, work on building yourself up on the inside.
After that, you just have to talk. It gets easier with time and the only way for it to get easier is to face your fear and just do it.

Step out of your comfort zone and just do what your mind tells you to. Your first thought should be your first action. Just talk to her, u need to step up and show confidence. Talk about things that are WORTH talking about.

Pretend that they are really good friends and just act normal. Usually people arent shy around good friends so just pretend they r ur good pals
