YUCK!! I can't eat at McDonald's anymore...they sometimes have the nastiest people working and the way they throw your food together... certainly don't look anything like the ads you see on those sandwiches...sometimes their burgers will sit there for a long while and the buns get all rubbery and chewy like someone else's Grandma's combat boots soles. I've seen some really nasty people that aren't very clean with the food and it really gross!!! Still eating that Quarter Pounder? I hope you decide not to eat that kind of food anymore, can be really hard on the lining of your stomach and can make you suffer from Gas and Heartburn...UGH!!! better not be next to me when you have to Break Winds....

Sorry bud, 10 grams of trans fat is a no-no. 2 grams a day per 2000 calories consumed should be the MAXIMUM. Those quarter pounders are hell on your arteries...eat some grilled chicken or some salmon, why don't ya? If those nutritionals don't sound too unhealthy to you, perhaps you should start doing a bit of research.

It is most unfortunate, but today's kids are eating more and more fast foods and have no idea of the health issues they will suffer by the time they get to my age - 54. I never grew up on fast foods- possibly because there were none (smile), and also because my folks were so much into 'home grown' that we ate what came out of our garden. Most of my family lived well into their 90's and beyond, and I honestly believe it was due to their consumption of the best possible food that God provided - fruits, nuts, vegetables - for the most part - and chicken, fish and some beef. Sweets were rare, but a pleasure when we had them. I had to 'sneak' to get candy! I have since gone the way of fast foods - at times - but I still prefer a home cooked meal from scratch. The kind that takes you all day to prepare. That's the beauty of cooking meals for your family and then having them come to the table TOGETHER and everybody enjoy the fare, talking about their day and everybody having fun. Meal time should take at least an hour.....Stay away from fast foods - it's not a good, healthy environment, and I honestly have a problem with people, other than myself, who prepare food, especiall in fast food places. Check out the health score card!

jesus, 2,000 calories a day is the normal.. so that means out of those 2 quarter pounders you just ate half of what you should a day. Im not saying im not fat i have eaten 2 quarter pounders before because i have... but try to control yourself and do that only like once every like 3-6 months or a year heheh

ideally you aren't supposed to have any trans fat!!! Trans fat is the like "your basically eating dirt that tastes good" it has no health value and trans fat sticks to you harder to burn and that weight will eventually sneak up on you... try a salad but watch the dressing

Then again everything is ok in moderation... hence ok not good

Look at it this way. Eat 2 quarter pounders every day and you probably won't live to see your grandkids.

It's not the most healthy diet you can eat. If you keep it up, you'll be 300 pounds before you're 30.
