When my guy see's I'm about to drop from exhaustion and takes over the kids and the chores...right after tucking me into bed with a nice back rub.

Anything that your BF or husband does can be romantic as long as you love him. Cause sometimes if he does something that looks and sounds idiotic in another person's point of view, to you it could be the MOST sweet thing in the world. It also depends on each individual, your "sweetheart" can make or plan something OUTSTANDINGLY and breath-taking romantic if it's original, and he collected this by getting each little detail from what you share, or love...

A ROMANTIC event to the majority of us ladies is something that is done together with our "honey" (one with one) and NO ONE ELSE (which means, no interruptions from other friends, family, and etc.) In order to be considered "romantic" to myriads of us ladies, we like to share an individual moment with our "sweethearts", something that only the two of us can specifically and vividly remember.

To sum this up, RoMaNtIc is something that you really think about, that you really reach down to get and make from your heart. It's something that you really are trying to do for your "honey" If it's just trying to copy some other person's idea, sometimes it can get really old. So think of something SPICY and EXCITING. And you can be sure that you will get to hold on to the girl you love FOREVER!

To most guys, after reading this we either may sound picky or we don't care at all. You might be annoyed and aggravated, ha ha. But as the saying goes, "Can't live with them, and you can't live without them!" So guess you have to try and endure us for the rest of your precious lives cause us women will NEVER go away! *wink*

LOL Hope you liked my answer... The best of luck to all lovers out there!

Candles, bubbles a nice walk ..... those may enhance the mood but real romance doesn't dwindle when the candles burn out.

It's in a glance, a word ,a touch,a gesture , the intensity in his eyes, a smile on his face that you know is just for you...... it's the little things that create romance in a relationship ....... from that comes desire !!

A walk down the road..at night. Cuddling up on the couch watching a scarey movie. Lots of love.

The most romantic thing to me is laying in bed together and talking way into the night. Talking with real communication. Truly listening to one another. The occasional tease and laughing together... emotional and mental intimacy is very romantic to me.

All of those sound wonderful, but I would have to say, A lovely dinner made by my bf, with dim light candles. And when I'm old enough and married, JUMP INTO BED! Lol

The little perks are nice - flowers, chocolate, candle lit dinners, etc. But I'm gonna go with an evening at home, with a movie. It sounds cheesy but it works all the time.

Nice poem. Nothing is more romantic in my mind then a guy who's willing to accept you exactly the way you are, faults and all.

i think when a guy is considerate enough to plan out a whole evening, down to the last minute is the most romantic thing. where he knows you enough to know exactly what you would like and exactly what would surprise you
