Your probably fine, but suffering from constipation. Drink pleanty of water! and eat fruits or vegetables. Not sure if you drink coffee but if you don't try a hot cup in the morning accopanied with some walking. That should ease your problems fast, no punt intended. I learned in college that your intestines extracts water from your stool as it pushes it through. Weather you drink water or not water will be extracted and if you do not drink enough, what you are experiencing will take place. Another gross but effective laxitive is warm prune juice. I used to work at a nursing home and it worked on the old folks, never failed. If you don't go for 6-7 days call a dr!

Increase your water intake and cut out caffine for a while, you'll get better. I don't think you have IBS. Check out this:

Irritable bowel syndrome is a disorder characterized most commonly by cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. IBS causes a great deal of discomfort and distress, but it does not permanently harm the intestines and does not lead to a serious disease, such as cancer. Most people can control their symptoms with diet, stress management, and prescribed medications. For some people, however, IBS can be disabling. They may be unable to work, attend social events, or even travel short distances.

As many as 20 percent of the adult population, or one in five Americans, has symptoms of IBS, making it one of the most common disorders diagnosed by doctors. It occurs more often in women than in men, and it begins before the age of 35 in about 50 percent of people.

most constipation is from diet.. so more spinach and things like that.. another thing is if you have just had any surgeries you should go to the doctor immediately.. after surgery some become constipated and it is a big deal. but for now change your diet. now if it is a recurring thing you need to get in to see a doctor to see what advice they can give.. like once every month you find yourself going through the same thing... another thing is never let yourself get so bad that you have gone more than 5 days.. because the longer you wait the worse it gets and then you just mind find a big tube up your butt.. by the doc... not fun..

if your symptoms continue i would see a doctor otherwise for a natural relieve try phsylaim seed husks and asadophils thats spelled wrong go to your local gnc store and ask the the sales person there your old enouph to purchase things there but its in the digestion section also make sure your getting the proper nutrients that you need there is also a supplement there for that other wise vitamen c and papya seeds help with that but i would wait before going to far supplements are good for you but bad if you take to much , i hope you get better

Add fruits and vegetables (of your choice), whole wheat/grains and Flax seed to your diet daily. Drink at least 32 oz of water a day. (get a water bottle for easy calculating how much water intake). "Get moving" - go for a nice walk (it gets things moving). In addition never try to guess what could be wrong.(go visit your doctor just to see if its irritable bowl syndrome). Just with the changes in your diet your poop should be on its way!

I don't know if you have anything or not. How is your diet? Are you eating enough fiber, fresh fruits and vegetables? If you are not drinking enough water to flush yourself out then that could be a problem. Nuts on a regular basis work well too. Look at what you are eating.........Give up the junk and give yourself a break.

The best thing to do is to drink prune juice. It helps. If you don't want to, then eat or drink something with lots of fiber in it.

Try increasing your water intake and if you do not have a solid/normal BM within 24 hours, I would seek medical attention..
