Getting on an airplane and having faith it will fly. It's pretty unbelievable that something so huge and so heavy could ever get off the ground. 100 years ago everyone would have said it would be impossible.
But even now, with my understanding of physics and jet propulsion, it takes a lot of faith that the pilots are well trained, not drunk or on drugs, the plane has fuel, etc. There's so much that could go wrong, it takes a TON of faith in a bunch of stuff I don't understand and can't personally verify to fly in a plane.

The biggest leap of faith I have ever taken was deciding to go to University at the age of 32. I really didn't think I could handle it but I can.

The biggest leap was realizing that I was lost and needed to get rid of my sins, I had to have a great deal of faith in God to make that step and carry through the plan of salvation.

I was born to a Lutheran family, I was baptized as a baby and confirmed at 15.
I got baptized again as an adult and at the time I was not totally sure if I should be baptized again since ai was baptized as a child and gone through the confirmation. I FELT I was going against the thing that my parents thought be the best for me.
So, when I finally got baptized by immersion that was a very big thing for me. I realized that no one could make that decision for me, no matter how well they meant at the time. I had to make my own decision. Imagine Jesus, He was a Jew, and the Son of god..if He was the example, I certainly wanted to follow Him.

Not the greatest, but asking the right question is also a leap of faith. I want to know why the muslims who hate us so much are shamelessly coming into our lands. Since the muslims hate us to the core and wants to kill non muslims especially the Jews and Christians, why are they coming to America?
Qur’an 8:60 “Infidels should not think that they can get away from us. Prepare against them whatever arms and weaponry you can Qur’an 5:51 “Believers, take not Jews and Christians for your friends.”
Bukhari [4:52:177]: Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. "O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him!"
Why don't they just stuff themselves into bags and send their filthy arrses back to their problematic and turbulent ISLAMIC countries instead of coming here and forcing their problems on us?
Should America and the other secular non muslim countries make the islamic refugees dump their religion? After all, it is their islamic regime that is causing them problems and they are escaping from it. So strictly speaking, they should dump what they're running away from. Otherwise, why should we let them into our wonderful land as their escape from their jungles and deserts from their tyrannical islamic brethrens??? Or are they only here to pass us their sickening religion and filth? Are we paying with our blood because we opened our doors to them?
Or are ALL muslims shameless following their lying, pedophilic and murderous founder Muhammad and a dysfunctional allah.

Well, this isn't one that I've taken ,however my wife was in a grocery store once and God told her to buy someone's groceries for them. We don't make alot of money, and for her to just go for it and trust God was a huge leap of faith for her.

My whole life has been a "leap of faith". I have gone from this to that back to this to another... it's been one failure after another.
All in all, it ended up in Atheism. I'm now very much content.
