Need help with Jim Bean affects?

A friend of mine has a boyfriend who had a bottle of Jim Bean and she thinks he drank 24 oz over 6-7 hrs (slow geez). Would this be enough to make him look drunk?

I need an oppinoon.

probobaly not, but tht is JMHO. A lot depends upon his weight, height, and age.
