Where can we go in April that won't be filled with spring breakers?

I would try Destin, FL. It's not really a party town but it's on the gulf of Mexico, it has all the things you'd need to keep a 11 and 14 year oldgirl happy. It's a nice area with a very low crime rate, easy to get to, easy to drive around in. the average age of residents are 42, so it's not a college kid destiny so to speak.

Disneyland (but I always say disneyland) - Yellowstone is beautiful but cold that time of year (cold, as in cold... can be very cold..)
Santa Cruz CA/Monterey don't really do the spring break thing - just shopping and maybe the boardwalk if its opened...
If they're turning into girly girls - anyplace with shopping (boys and clothes) should be fun....
April this year isn't such a good month - skiiing is pricey and weather ranges from terrible (hot) to terrible (cold)....
Aim for a northern ish beach spot - won't get the spring breakers - but still gives the girls the sense of it...

If you want a a nice hotel got to "The Mayan Palace" hotel, but I sugget you to go to Nuevo Vallarta that is a few miles away from Puerto Vallarta, that beach is really calm and you wont find lot of spring breakers, because this beach is more privacy

Cancun is full of spring breakers, Puerta Vallarta is quieter...just choose a family hotel.

How about Disneyland in Orlando then you can skip over to the east or west coast and find a spot on the water you like.

Oaxaca or chiapas, also some virgin beaches in Veracruz, all in mexico spring breakers from the USA ruin our beaches....
