It is aggressive, and rude and if a Muslim tells you the same thing because you don't follow Mohammad's teachings what would you think? After all s/he is telling the truth as s/he See's it, and if s/he is telling the truth why should s/he be 'politically correct'?
And finally do you think your approach is the best way of convincing someone of your truth or is just an excuse to be rude?

I briefly met an elderly lady once and struck up a conversation only to hear that she had been teaching Sunday school in a certain well known protestant denomination for about 20 or 30 years. I asked something to the effect if she had led many to the Lord and she responded that she had no idea of what I was talking about.

I explained the gospel to her and also informed her that if she wasn't saved by Christ that she would not see heaven. She was flabbergasted!

Nevertheless, out of love I encouraged her to avoid her condition and give her life to Christ so that she could be saved. Whether she gave her life to Christ I know not.

If we neuter the gospel message that Christ came to save us from God's wrath and just start telling everyone that Christ came to usher us into heaven, I think the effectiveness of the message will be missing. I think this may be happening today due to unprincipled sentimentality, i.e., Christians may be afraid to tell others that they are lost for fear they may stay lost - if that makes any sense. Oh, and by the way, everyone knows the big sin of the day is to judge others!?

On the other hand, I think we should be able to tell people that they need to be saved from the hideous doom of hell out of love and concern for them - not by banging them over the head with God's message and appearing judgmental.

I believe it is all a matter of opinion, in on hand you have your beliefs of religion and in the other hand you have the other persons feelings to consider. Although you may believe that if he/she does not have the same religion, or beliefs as you, that they might go to "hell" but to them you could just be making a bias statement, and or being extremely offensive and rude. You may feel that for not being of the Christian faith that he/she will go to "hell", but I would suggest that you not voice your opinion on this matter, for it is all a matter of opinions, he/she has the right to believe in whatever he/she wants to. And although you may find it to be truthful that you will go to "hell" for not following the Christian faith, it has not been officially proven that going to "hell" is indeed the reaction to not following the Christian faith so, it is really an opinion about whether or not it is the truth, so it Think that it would probably be politically incorrect as well as rude to say that to anyone, that for not being of the Christian faith, they are going to "hell".

If you know someone who is going to hell, why don't you just pray for them. Find something in common with them that would lead into talking about Christ and then tactfully tell them they are going to hell but don't be judgmental about it. Don't come down hard on them. God is a loving God so why don't we just go around loving people and others will see a difference in us and then they will ask what is different about us. We are to love others like Christ loves us. Tell people the truth but do it in love. Do it at the right time when you think it is the right time. Don't go up to someone and tell them they are going to hell. That is really RUDE!! Some people will say, "So, who cares." Just be careful the way you tell people.

Neither

If you tell someone theyre gonna go to hell for not worshipping a human, that wouldnt be rude nor informative, just downright invalid and will be ignored by the sheer fact that it is an invalid thought stream.

I think it's totally rude. If you're a Christian and you tell someone that, that's not going to lead them to wanting to learn more about Christ. But I believe that if somebody who doesn't accept Christ into their heart as their personal Lord and Savior because they don't believe He died on the cross for their sins will not have eternal life with God.

This has nothing to do with political correctness, but a lot
to do with your inability to respect other people's personal
beliefs. You may love garlic, but forcing garlic down a
person's throat because you think it may be good for them
is not only rude but shows your lack of education concerning
the hundreds of other spiritual paths. I suggest you take a
theology class to see how other's worship and keep your
opinions to yourself. If you'de like to argue for your side,
join a debate group and within this forum you will be free to
weigh the tennants of various dogmas.

It's rude, because you are assuming you "know" the truth, which you do not. Also, you're assuming that the person doesn't know about Christian beliefs, which is hardly a possibility in this culture. If an adult in America is not a Christian, it isn't for lack of information!

At least add "I believe" to the beginning of the sentence.

Are you God? Jesus or one of the angels with special powers of perception?
How do you know that they are condemed by God?
Judge not least yea be judged the judgment you give out is what you get.
Maybe by judging people you may sound self righteous.
Perhaps you should read a story in the bible.
Luke 18:9 It was about a pharassee who trusted in himself that he was righteous. and went about condeming people.
The one he condemed Jesus said went home proved more righteous than him.
God hates a haughty person. You should probably work on that.
didn't mean to be rude just informative.
